Following a highly competitive tender process, the Port of Oakland selected ServiceTec to deliver support for a wide range of OAK’s IT infrastructure projects. With a seamless cutover, ServiceTec is an integral part of OAK, providing a wide range of Managed IT Services including airport IT Infrastructure, network management and MUSE support of 200 IWS and associated peripherals, as well as 240 Ultra FIDS, 530 monitors, LCD’s and 90 LED’s.

Today, with on-site technicians and local management, ServiceTec is the prime IT service provider at OAK delivering a full range of Managed IT Services across the entire Airport IT and Network infrastructure, including Server Management, Network consulting, System Administration, ARINC Common Use Systems maintenance and support at 90 ticket counters and 16 gates for more than 700 devices, and maintenance and support for Gate Management Systems, UltraFIDS and Passenger Information Paging.
