The Service Management process responsible for controlling and managing requests to affect changes (RFCs) to the IT Infrastructure or any aspect of IT services to promote business benefit while minimizing the risk of disruption to services. Change Management also controls and manages the implementation of those changes that are subsequently given approval.
Change Management (ITIL V3)

- Install, Test and Acceptance: Installation, test and acceptance checks on all airport hardware types ranging from a single desktop PC to the rollout of a complete passenger handling systems
- User Training: On-site or class-based user training on a group or one-to-one basis
- Storage: Temporary or long-term storage facilities, from a single PC to the equipment required for a complete site refresh
- Deliver to Desk: A “to the desk” delivery service for install equipment
- Disposals: Our Disposal Management Service makes end-of-life part of your total IT solution. We’ll assess how best to manage airport IT assets that are coming to the end of their life, help you extend the value of assets by upgrading, redeploying or selling, and collect and dispose of redundant IT equipment in line with national directives (including WEEE and EPA directives) – saving you administrative overheads in time and storage costs
- Refurbishment: We can carry out or manage the refurbishment of all types of airport IT equipment, from keyboards to servers.
