Managed IT Services Throughout the World’s Airports SASI’s current airport customer base includes Heathrow, Manchester, Stansted, Gatwick, Schiphol, Munich, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Minneapolis-St. Paul, Washington Dulles, Miami, Orlando, Boston, Philadelphia, Houston, New York, Toronto and Calgary. ServiceTec’s proven history in providing managed services for difficult and sensitive systems was a key reason why the company was awarded the Manchester Airport CUTE contract in 1995. Success at Manchester Airport led to similar contracts from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport and Birmingham International Airport, opening up opportunities for SASI to expand into the United States. In 1998, following the formation of ServiceTec International Inc. in the USA, SASI won MUSE system support contracts at Washington Dulles International Airport and at JFK Terminal One (TOGA) and SITA CUTE support at Terminal 4 (JFK IAT). Since then, SASI has expanded to Los Angeles International Airport, San Francisco International Airport, Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport and Toronto as well as providing Ultra baggage system support at New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Washington Dulles, Newark, Miami, Los Angeles, Houston and Calgary airports. At the turn of the millennium, SASI was awarded major support contracts by Stansted Airport and London Heathrow – one of the busiest airports in the world. Soon after, SASI expanded its services in Europe with the award of Munich International Airport (T2). Recently, SASI was awarded Toronto Pearson International Airport — SASI’s first airport in Canada. GTAA saw SASI as the natural choice to create a dynamic, flexible adjunct to its IT & T department, citing SASI’s unparalleled experience and industry leading adherence to quality standards.
